This role focuses on delivering accurate, timely, and compliant audit services while ensuring a high standard of professionalism and efficiency across diverse travel-based assignments.\r\nKey Responsibilities Conduct thorough audits of worker's compensation files, ensuring adherence to internal and external guidelines\r\nAnalyze documentation and payroll records to assess risk classifications and premium calculations\r\nReview and verify client-submitted data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with audit standards\r\nPrepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions\r\nCommunicate directly with clients and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and clarify audit issues\r\nIdentify inconsistencies or anomalies in data that may indicate misclassification or potential fraud\r\nUtilize audit tools and software to document findings and maintain accurate records\r\nEnsure compliance with all relevant state regulations and industry best practices during field or remote audits\r\nQualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities\r\nAbility to analyze data and identify discrepancies\r\nProficiency in audit software and data analysis tools\r\nUnderstanding of basic worker's compensation principles\r\nCapable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment\r\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy\r\nWhy Join Us?
