Senior Technical Lead (Enterprise Architecture & Integrations) Location: Onsite –1100 N. Eastern Ave Los Angeles California 90063 Duration: [Contract / Full-Time, ongoing, long term]About The RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive enterprise architecture strategy and oversee complex system integrations across procurement, ERP, and enterprise platforms.In this role, you will act as a key liaison between development teams and project leadership, providing technical direction, governance, and oversight to ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.What You’ll DoLead enterprise architecture design, planning, and implementation aligned with business goalsDefine target architectures, integration frameworks, and transition roadmapsEstablish and enforce architecture standards, policies, and governanceOversee end-to-end system integrations across procurement platforms, ERP systems, identity/SSO, and document management systemsDesign and standardize APIs, data flows, integration patterns, and error handling frameworksEnsure data quality, system reliability, and seamless data exchange across platformsProvide technical leadership, including design reviews, troubleshooting, and escalation supportDevelop and maintain architecture artifacts (system diagrams, data flows, integration models)Support CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and performance optimizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver high-quality solutionsEnsure compliance with security standards, governance policies, and audit requirementsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience aligning IT systems with business processes4+ years in a technical lead or architectural leadership roleStrong experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and integration designHands-on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP/GraphQL), microservices, and distributed systemsSolid knowledge of cloud platforms and integration technologies (iPaaS, ESB, API Gateways)Experience with program management, system design, and IT governanceBachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred Qualifications8+ years of experience in system integration and API engineeringExperience with ERP and procurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, Ivalua, etc.)Background supporting procurement workflows (sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, vendor onboarding)Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or Node.jsExperience with data governance, ETL/ELT, and integration monitoring toolsStrong understanding of API security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS, SAML, RBAC)Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and performance testing frameworksWhat We’re Looking ForProven ability to lead complex enterprise architecture and integration initiativesStrong problem-solving skills with experience resolving high-impact system issuesExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholdersExperience working in cross-functional, vendor-integrated environmentsA proactive leader who drives standards, governance, and continuous improvementWhy Join Us?You’ll play a critical role in shaping enterprise architecture strategy and driving large-scale integration initiatives that directly support business transformation and operational excellence.
