Robert Half Technology is partnering with a leading, growth-focused financial services organization to identify a Business Systems Analyst who will own product success through analytics, monitoring, and continuous optimization.This is a highly visible role where you will act as the “guardian of product health,” ensuring every feature performs as expected, every launch is measurable, and every decision is backed by data. If you have a startup mentality, enjoy owning problems end-to-end, and love working with data at scale—this is a strong opportunity to make an immediate impact.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end product success metrics from planning through post-launch optimizationMonitor product performance using tools like Datadog, Mixpanel, Pendo, or similarAnalyze product health using advanced SQL and data-driven insightsValidate feature functionality, identify data gaps, and resolve inconsistenciesBuild and maintain monitoring frameworks, alerts, and instrumentation standardsPerform root cause analysis and lead post-mortems for product issuesPartner with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, marketing, business)Lead product launches with clear success metrics and real-time performance trackingWrite Python scripts to automate fixes, data validation, and monitoring alertsEnsure Salesforce data integrity, particularly around lead tracking and workflowsQualifications4+ years of Product Management experience with strong analytics focusAdvanced SQL skills (must be able to independently query and troubleshoot)Experience with monitoring/analytics tools (Datadog, Pendo, Heap, Mixpanel, etc.)Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and data validationProficiency with Python (or R) for scripting and data analysisExperience with APM tools and observability practicesBackground in data pipelines, instrumentation, and analytics platformsStrong communication skills with ability to translate complex data into insightsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience)Financial services or mortgage industry experience is a strong plusCompensation & Work ModelSalary: Up to $120K to $150K baseHybrid: 2 days onsite (Tues/Thurs) in Irvine, CAFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, PTO, HolidaysCall to ActionIf you're looking for a role where you can own product success end-to-end and drive measurable business impact through data, apply today or reach out directly to learn more.
