You care as much about the team's results as your own.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide first-level technical support for CIS's public safety software applications, working directly with agency staff to diagnose and resolve issues.\nRotate into after-hours, on-call support with the team — because these systems don't go down on a schedule.\nMaintain and contribute to product documentation so the next person, including future you, aren’t starting from zero.\nWhat you need to already have:\nA track record of following through — a job, program, or commitment you stuck with and finished, not just started. The ability to troubleshoot a problem you've never seen before without panicking or giving up.
