Services are provided in the child's natural environments—including homes, daycares, schools, and community settings—allowing therapy to be meaningful and functional for each family.\nResponsibilities\nPerform speech and language evaluations using standardized and informal assessment tools.\nDevelop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique strengths and needs.\nProvide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy interventions.\nEducate and collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and payer requirements.\nParticipate in interdisciplinary collaboration with occupational and physical therapists.\nCommunicate professionally with referral sources and families.\nMaintain compliance with state licensure and ethical standards.\nQualifications\nRequired\nMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology\nCurrent Arkansas SLP license\nCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation\nPreferred\nPediatric experience\nExperience providing services in natural environments\nKnowledge of early intervention and family-centered care\nSchedule\nFull-time or Part-time opportunities available\nFlexible scheduling\nCreate a schedule that works for you while meeting the needs of the families we serve\nCompensation & Benefits\nWe offer competitive compensation with opportunities for professional growth in a company that is actively expanding.
