This role focuses on designing and delivering intuitive, user-centric applications that leverage the flexibility of Power Apps to meet a wide range of business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to build impactful low-code solutions.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDeliver services and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.\r\nDesign and develop Power Apps solutions with a focus on creating responsive, user-friendly experiences tailored to different user roles and devices.\r\nTranslate business requirements into scalable low-code applications and automated workflows that streamline operations and improve data visibility.\r\nIntegrate applications with enterprise data sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint, and external systems using connectors and APIs.\r\nAutomate business processes using Power Automate, ensuring seamless interaction with applications and downstream systems.\r\nConduct end-user training and develop knowledge transfer documentation to support adoption and long-term sustainment.\r\nPresent tailored demonstrations of solutions, showcasing usability, flexibility, and rapid development capabilities.\r\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrum meetings, and provide regular status updates.\r\nContribute to design documentation, implementation standards, and reusable solution components.\r\nCollaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.\r\nStay current with Power Platform capabilities and roadmap updates to continuously improve solution delivery.\r\nWhat You Will Need\r\nMust have a minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience.\r\nExperience building Power Apps solutions, including designing interfaces, managing data connections, and optimizing performance.\r\nSelected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment and, based on client needs, may be required to work onsite up to five days per week.\r\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance. Candidates with an active Secret or higher-level clearance are preferred.\r\nUS Citizenship is contractually required for this role.\r\nMust have a Bachelor's degree (4yr college degree).\r\nExperience writing technical requirements, test scripts, and working with modern software technologies.\r\nExperience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.\r\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\r\nUnderstanding of Power Platform governance, including CoE components and environment strategy.\r\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have\r\nExperience delivering user-focused applications that require flexible layouts, mobile accessibility, and rapid iteration.\r\nExperience in \"Big 4\" or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Microsoft partner highly desired.\r\nBA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.\r\nExperience with public sector clients preferred.\r\nExperience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology.\r\nMicrosoft PL-900 or similar certifications preferred.\r\nThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
