This role plays a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring that construction projects are completed within budget and in compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage customer communication and changes to bid packages and subsequent change orders\nCoordinate with operations management to ensure eﬀective execution of the project plan\nCreate and monitor project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and ensuring that projects are completed within allocated budgetary limits\nMaintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation\nRegularly monitor the progress of construction projects, ensuring that milestones are met and that any delays or issues are addressed promptly and eﬀectively\nProvide eﬀective leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that team members are motivated and equipped to perform their roles eﬀectively\nExperience, Qualiﬁcations & Education:\nMinimum of eight (8) years of Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related ﬁeld related experience required.\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nPostsecondary certiﬁcate or an associates degree in any weldingrelated ﬁeld preferred\nValid Driver's License required\nAbility to use Excel, Microsoft Project, Procore, Net Suite required\nPreferred experience with marine industry\nStrong problemsolving skills to resolve an issue that arises with projects\n\nAll oﬀers of employment will be contingent upon satisfactory pre-employment references, background checks, including veriﬁcation of employment eligibility status, criminal record search, and passing a standard drug test.\n\nBenefits:\n401(k)\nHealth Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nHSA\nGroup Life Insurance\nPTO\n\nSalary: $75,000 - $95,000 (Annually - Depending on Experience)\n\nDrug Free Workplace:\n\nRyan Construction is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of our employees, customers, and the community.
