The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and facilitating Agile practices within the team, ensuring smooth project execution, and helping the team meet its goals.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Demos, and PI Planning.\nBuild strong relationships to foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation across highly cross-functional Agile software development teams supporting CI/CD.\nProactively identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.\nAssist the Product Manager in effective backlog management, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment of items with business goals.\nChampion Agile values and quality practices, coordinate across organizations, and coach team members on process improvements and best practices.\nWork closely with senior-level client leadership and business stakeholders, advising on process standardization and continuous improvement.\nGuide the development team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and adopting Agile principles to maximize performance.\nMediate conflicts, resolve issues, and ensure healthy communication between the development team, Product Manager, and stakeholders.\nPromote continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and applying Agile best practices.\nTake on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a technical discipline, or any other relevant discipline is required.\nMinimum of 5 years of professional experience.\nProven track record managing large-scale software development, data management, and system integration initiatives.\nSkilled in facilitating briefings with senior leadership and capturing actionable outcomes from meetings and stakeholder requests.\nProficient with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.\nFamiliarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Kanban methodologies is highly desired.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.\n\nAdditional Qualifications:\n\nExperience with SAFe/Agile.\nCertified SAFe/Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred.\nExperience with the VA or other Government agencies.\nAbility to obtain government clearance.\n\nBenefits:\n\nMedical/Dental/Vision\nPTO + Federal Holidays\nCorporate Laptop\nTraining opportunities\n401(k) with employer match\nRemote work options\n\nNote: Selected candidates will be required to complete fingerprinting at a government facility and undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.\n\nMind Computing is an equal opportunity employer.
