If you have a passion for the outdoors and want to join a team of individuals striving towards innovation in the archery industry, consider applying!\nCNC Operator 1\nPURPOSE\nUnder the direct supervision of the Anodizing Supervisor, efficiently performs any and all anodizing process tasks and inspection of finished part or sub-assembly. Responsible for knowing all water treatment and titration processes. Must act in strict adherence to safety and personal protective equipment requirements.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nReceives and counts incoming parts. Ensures quantities received match to work order. Completes general quality inspection on incoming parts.\nPlaces parts on trees to load master frames. Assembles master frames and lifts frames onto overhead hoist.\nProcesses parts through the multiple step anodizing process. Once anodizing process completed, dries parts with blow-off gun and lowers frames into the oven.\nMoves frames to unloading station and removes parts. Performs quality check on completed parts to ensure proper color and no color flaws.\nMoves finished parts to appropriate next step. May count and package parts to prepare for shipping. Moves Cams and MODS to sub-assembly station. Completes sub-assembly with Cams and MODS to prepare for shipping.\nNotifies and describes errors or problems to supervisor or lead.\nKeeps equipment and work area clean and organized.\nAdheres to department safety rules, PPE requirements, and operating procedures.\nResponsible for supporting and adhering to company policies and procedures.\nOTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE\nMinimum of 1 year of general labor or other similar work experience in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to work in a safe and orderly manner\nPrevious work experience or knowledge of titration or chemical processes preferred.\nMust have the ability to learn all required water treatment processes and titration processes.\nAttention to detail and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships are required.\nRequires good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.\nMust be able to read and understand written materials to follow equipment, production and safety procedures and requirements.\nRequires basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.\nMust be able to work independently with limited supervision.\nMust be able to work in a team environment and produce results in conjunction with fellow team members.\nATTENDANCE\nCompliance with general company standards is required.\nSAFETY\nSupports a safe work environment by performing all duties in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to: reporting all incidents and accidents; maintaining work areas in a safe manner; reporting any unsafe working conditions; providing input and assistance to reduce or eliminate workplace hazards; and actively supporting ongoing safety efforts, including recommendations of the safety committee.\nThe characteristics described in this job description are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
