As a key member of the IT Infrastructure team, you will provide first-line assistance to end users’ technical support requests, as you gather information and perform expert trouble shooting. You will also be responsible for installing and/or configuring systems and peripherals. This position may require occasional evening and weekend hours\n\nKey Job Responsibilities:\n\nAct as the first line of support for incoming technical problems/issues.\nAssist with troubleshooting peripherals such as monitors, printers, etc.\nSupport AV equipment and conference room equipment.\nAssist with IT projects as needed.\nCreate documentation for knowledge base system.\nHelp maintain IT equipment inventory.\nManage and track technical support requests.\nParticipate in occasional after-hours technical support.\nProvide input to enhance our technical support needs.\nAttend and participate in regular department meetings.\nAbility to lift up to 50lbs.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\n\nAssociate’s degree in information systems or relevant experience.\n3+ years of experience with Windows.\n3+ years of IT Support utilizing ticketing systems.\n3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.\n1+ years of experience with MDM platforms such as JAMF, Intune, and Manage Engine.\n1+ years of experience supporting conference room equipment and corporate printers.\n\nPreferred qualifications:\n\nBachelors’ degree in information systems or relevant experience.\nActive Directory and Office 365 experience.\nAbility to foster profession relationships with end-users, management, and executives.\nPassion for continually developing technical skills.\nCommitment to promoting a high standard of customer service.\nAbility to work across multiple organizations in a fast paced, smaller company environment.\n\nAt Array Tech, Inc., we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
