You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, keep executive inboxes under control, and prepare polished, executive-facing materials, often shifting priorities in real time as the day demands. This onsite role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who exercises sound judgment, maintains strict confidentiality, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
