As a Project Administrative Assistant, you are at the heart of the business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward.\n\nMust be open to travel to work on projects throughout the United states.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nProvide administrative and operational clerical support to the department or staff.\n\nIRA Compliance\n\nCertified Payroll and prevailing wage\n\nHandle incoming calls and provide general information, forward calls to the appropriate party and take messages as required\n\nFile and maintain written records along with crafting electronic copies for record\n\nReceive, sort and record deliveries into computer database\n\nPrepare daily outbound deliveries\n\nPrepare materials for design and construction meetings\n\nRecord and update meeting minutes for the various site meetings\n\nResponsible for procurement of consumable materials and office supplies\n\nAssist Superintendent with equipment inventory tracking and organization\n\nSupport Superintendent with the entry of craft worker timecards\n\nGeneral support for the project team as needed with various day to day tasks\n\nSchedule, track and log all repairs and standard maintenance for the work trucks\n\nProvide maps and directions to any visitors, subcontractors, deliveries, or new employees\n\nLog all applicants into the Craft Applicant Tracking Spreadsheet\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nThree years administrative experience, preferably supporting many team members\n\nAssociate’s degree in Business or related administrative experience preferred\n\nDetail oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous, upbeat, adept at succeeding in rapidly changing environment\n\nStrong communication skills with high degree of integrity in both written and verbal communications\n\nA few benefits offered include:\n\n(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)\n\nMedical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverage\n\nDental plan\n\n401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson match\n\nPaid time off, holidays, and other paid leaves\n\nEmployer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insurance\n\nNo-Cost mental health tool and concierge with extensive work-life resources\n\nTuition reimbursement\n\nAdoption Assistance\n\nGym Membership Discount Program\n\n**The base pay range for this role is $24.52MIN - $33.12 MAX.
