This fast-paced unit bridges the gap between intensive care and medical-surgical services, caring for patients with cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and other high-acuity diagnoses. Nurses on the unit are skilled in cardiac monitoring, post-procedural care, telemetry interpretation, medication management, and patient/family education.How you'll contributeA Registered Nurse, RNwho excels in this role:Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needsInitiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findingsProvides age- and condition-appropriate nursing careCompletes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical recordDevelops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patientWhat we're looking forApplicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
