Senior Systems Administrator
Position Summary - SEAWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIREDWe are seeking a hands-on Senior Systems Administrator to manage and optimize Seaware Versonix. This role serves as the internal subject matter expert across reservation and CRM systems, supporting configuration, user management, integrations, and continuous improvement.You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Revenue, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.Great pay for the right candidate with exposure to both systems!Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and support Versonix Seaware (users, roles, workflows, automation)Troubleshoot system, data, and integration issues; escalate to Versonix as neededBuild and optimize pipelines, booking workflows, and automation logicManage integrations (APIs, MXP, and related systems)Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs; ensure data integrityProvide user support, training, and documentationPartner with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutionsSupport system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain security, governance, and compliance standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Hospitality, or related field5+ years of Versonix Seaware administration (REQUIRED)Experience in cruise, travel, or hospitality (preferred)Technical SkillsStrong Seaware configuration and administration - REQUIREDWorkflow automation, system customization, and user managementAPI/integration knowledgeReporting & analytics (Zoho Analytics preferred)
