About the JobPosition OverviewRole: Corporate Trainer – Generative AILocation: Remote (US-Based)We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to design and deliver a practical, hands-on Generative AI training program for enterprise employees. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in utilizing multiple Large Language Models (LLMs), optimizing developer workflows via specialized environments (e.g., Claude Workspace, Anthropic API), and integrating OpenAI and GitHub Copilot into enterprise software development pipelines.This role requires a practitioner who can translate complex AI capabilities into daily, measurable productivity gains for both technical developers and non-technical business units.Core ResponsibilitiesProgram Delivery: Deliver a structured, interactive training program tailored specifically to enterprise teams.Developer Enablement: Teach developers how to configure and utilize the Claude Workspace environment for software development.Engineering Optimization: Train engineering teams to maximize OpenAI Codex and GitHub Copilot for legacy code refactoring, debugging, and code generation.Business Productivity: Educate non-technical employees on daily productivity tools for automation, data synthesis, and administrative workflows.Hands-on Learning: Lead live lab sessions, code-alongs, and troubleshooting exercises.Required QualificationsExperience: 3+ years of experience in corporate training, technical training, instructional design, or developer relations.AI Expertise: 3+ years of work experience with Generative AI tools, including 2+ years of specific experience with Anthropic’s ecosystem (Claude Workspace/API) and OpenAI/GitHub Copilot.Technical Skills: Proficient with open-source/commercial LLM comparison frameworks and prompt engineering techniques.Enterprise Knowledge: A clear understanding of enterprise deployment constraints, data privacy, and prompt security.Location & Availability: Remote (US-Based). Must be able to align with designated corporate time zones.
