Title: Lead Network Operations EngineerLocation: Wayne, PA / Charlotte, NC --Hybrid- (3 days a week on site)Schedule: 6+Months Contract to Perm HirePay rate- $73-78/hr on W2Job SummaryThis role serves as the Tier 3 operational owner for firewall and secure web gateway environment, with a strong emphasis on Zscaler and Palo Alto support-not architecture or greenfield design.Core Responsibilities Act as final escalation point for Palo Alto and Zscaler-related incidentsLead troubleshooting during major incident calls (MIMs) involving executive leadershipOwn operational support for:Zscaler ZIA, ZDX, ZCX (ZPA in POC phase)Palo Alto firewallsResolve issues independently without relying on Engineering teamsSupport lifecycle efforts such as code upgrades and platform maintenance, once handed off by EngineeringTrain S1/S2 analysts on firewall and Zscaler troubleshooting patternsRequired Very strong hands-on Zscaler troubleshooting experience (config changes only when required for support)Deep Palo Alto operational knowledgeComfortable working in high-pressure, high-visibility incident scenarios.Clear, concise communicators, heavy accents or unclear communication were explicitly called out as disqualifiers
