Home Health/ Personal Care Aide $13.00-$15.00 HR | Day shift available

Job Summary Vision Healthcare, LLC is growing homecare agency seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to support clients in their home. We are a supportive, hands-on team that values our caregivers and provides consistent schedules and clear communication. Currently we need day shift support (approximately 8am-3pm, Monday-Friday) but additional part-time and full-time PCA/Home Health opportunities will be offered if available What you'll do Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance) Help with meal prep, light housekeeping and laundry Provide companionship and emotional support Give medication reminders as outlined in care plan Observe and report any changes to the care team What we're looking for PCA,HHA,CNA Certification (preferred but not required) Reliable transportation to and from patient home.
