Due to the essential functions of this role, this position will require in-person office work 2-3 days per week.\nAbout the Position\nBRAC USA seeks a highly motivated candidate to join the Individual Giving team. This is a tremendous opportunity for a motivated candidate who is excited about supporting BRAC’s work, is highly organized, and has incredible attention to detail.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nReceive and record all incoming donations, including from external platforms, into Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner.\nPrepare cash deposits for all gifts received by mail. Prepare monthly deposit reports and documentation. Notify the Finance team of daily gift intake.\nScan and upload donation documents into Salesforce, sharing these with relevant staff members.\nOrganize and file donation documentation.\nAddress any requests relating to fundraising platforms, matching gifts, and donor data.\nPrepare, print, mail/email, and track donation acknowledgment letters using timely, effective, and consistent methods.\nManage donor requests to update or cancel recurring donation information.\nInterface closely with the finance department and perform monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations. Assist finance with the documentation needed for annual audit.\nManage and respond to the organization's general email inbox.\nCreate mailing and emailing lists when needed by the department and organization. Support email blasts to major donors or other constituents.\nManage Salesforce, including user maintenance, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks.\nGather detailed requests for improvements or changes to Salesforce, and implement these changes as appropriate.\nAutomate processes using Salesforce tools and manage less complex Salesforce integrations.\nTrain new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.\nDocument customizations made in Salesforce by maintaining an instructional document detailing all giving processes for all staff and onboarding of new staff.\nPlan ahead for Salesforce upgrades, seasonal releases and long term projects.\nSupport additional projects as needed.\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nExperience in an administrative/support or database role.\nStrong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom reports, dashboards and processes.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality preferred.\nHighly detail oriented, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.\nKnowledge of spreadsheets and ability to analyze data.\nDemonstrated ability to work with Salesforce database.\nExcellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills.\nAbility to prioritize and function well in a fast-paced environment.\nTakes ownership and accountability of assigned projects and tasks with strong follow-through.\nRespect for privacy, confidentiality, and discretion.\nProactive team player with strong desire to learn and ability to be flexible.\nPersonal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of BRAC USA.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree required.\n+3 years of relevant work experience.\nProficiency with Salesforce, Google G Suite and Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel.\nHow to Apply:\nTo apply, please upload your resume and a cover letter.
