Danforth Company, you will help drive the successful management of customer contracts and business agreements from review through administration. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to identify key contract terms, assess risks, coordinate insurance requirements, and support timely contract processing in line with organizational policies. This role is critical to protecting the company's interests while delivering a responsive and positive experience for our customers.\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\n\nManage customer contracts through the contract lifecycle from intake to execution for assigned business regions.\n\nReview standard contracts, including AIA agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other business documents.\n\nIdentify, summarize, and elevate key contract terms, risks, and non‑standard provisions.\n\nEvaluate customer insurance requirements and coordinate certificates of insurance and bond requests.\n\nPrepare summaries of contract terms and support risk analysis efforts.\n\nSupport contract revisions, negotiations, and document tracking activities.\n\nUtilize electronic document management and workflow systems to support contract administration.\n\nRespond to contract‑related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.\n\nCoordinate with contract team members to ensure timely approvals and contract processing.\n\nInitiate lien filings as required and maintain supporting documentation.\n\nLeverage approved AI tools and technology to support document review and contract management processes.\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience working with commercial contracts.\n\nAssociate or Bachelor’s degree required.\n\nWorking knowledge of construction contract terms and conditions.\n\nBasic understanding of commercial insurance requirements within the construction industry.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF/document management tools.\n\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and respond with urgency and ownership.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nExperience utilizing AI tools for document review is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompensation Range: $65,000-$75,000.
