This role blends traditional legal support responsibilities with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and modernize internal processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and interested in applying emerging technologies within a legal setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to attorneysPrepare, format, edit, and organize legal documents and correspondenceAssist with drafting and reviewing materials while ensuring accuracy and consistencyConduct legal and general research using both conventional tools and AI-enabled platformsUtilize automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivityManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate deadlinesMaintain organized electronic files within document management systemsIdentify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend technology-based improvementsSupport implementation and testing of new legal technology solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of legal operationsQualifications:Prior experience in a legal, corporate, or professional services environment preferredParalegal certificate or bachelor's degree strongly preferredFamiliarity with legal documentation, terminology, or court procedures is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with document management or research tools preferredBasic knowledge of data analysis, process improvement, or project coordinationHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentSelf-starter with a strong sense of accountability and initiativeAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
