Equipment Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for our Southeast, WI, manufacturing facility. The primary function of this position is to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot our complex coating and converting machines, equipment, and other high-speed manufacturing equipment.If you are experienced in electrical troubleshooting and able to install and wire industrial automation line controls and integrate with existing network, apply now!Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExperience in trouble shooting and repair of production equipmentAbility to troubleshoot and repair electrical motors and controlsWorking knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systemsExperience in troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsAbility to interpret P&ID, mechanical, and electrical drawingsUnderstanding and experience of preventive maintenanceDemonstrated ability to plan, organize and maintain equipment and recordsUnderstanding and working knowledge of CMMS systems and work ordersAbility to manage multiple priorities xaygatp Excellent communication skillsStrong team playerA working knowledge of word processing and e-mail applicationsMust be available to work any shift including nights and weekendsMust be able to lift/push/pull 50 lbsEducation, Experience and Certifications3 - 5 years of manufacturing maintenance or related experienceFormal education in a related field preferredWe are an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace
