This is a fully onsite position with no travel required.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nCoordinate day-to-day facilities operations for a two-story corporate office campus supporting approximately 800–1,000 employees.\nReceive, track, and manage facility work orders, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.\nSchedule and coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers while monitoring service delivery and performance.\nSupport workplace events by assisting with room setups, furniture arrangements, and logistical coordination.\nCreate and manage purchase orders, process related documentation, and maintain accurate facility records.\nRun operational reports and provide updates on work order status, vendor performance, and facility activities.\nPartner with landlords, vendors, and internal clients to ensure compliance with established procedures, policies, and reporting requirements.\nSupport facility operations across three additional locations remotely, helping ensure a consistent workplace experience across the portfolio.
