This role will carry out project management support, ensuring RIF programs are implemented effectively, efficiently, and with the greatest impact possible. In this role, the Program Associate will fulfill program site account management, volunteer engagement, and general customer service responsibilities as assigned. The Programs Associate is also responsible for supporting RIF-hosted programmatic events across the country, demonstrating best practice to program stakeholders.\r\nWhat's in It for YouMedical, dental, and vision insurance.\r\nBasic life insurance plan.\r\n403(b) retirement savings plan.\r\nPaid time off (PTO), including vacation, personal time, and bereavement leave.\r\n13 paid holidays annually.\r\nShort-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) coverage.\r\nHybrid work environment (Onsite 3x a week).\r\nWhat You'll DoCreates long and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to project deadlines for assigned initiatives.\r\nActivates programmatic initiatives, adhering to all contracted deliverables and positively impacting designated communities with RIF programs and resources.\r\nManages project budget and stakeholder communication, ensuring successful project execution\r\nOrder and track all project materials and deliverables.\r\nResponsible for managing book celebration events.\r\nEnsures all administrative requirements are met, including any forms, grant documents, activity reports, etc. for assigned projects.\r\nFacilitates communications for corporate volunteer initiatives, ensuring volunteers have the timely information needed to stay informed and be successful throughout their program.\r\nMakes recommendations regarding communications and processes in order to improve program implementation.\r\nTravels, as needed, to support RIF events in communities across the country, serving as a RIF representative to local program partners and funders.\r\nBuilds relationships with RIF program implementers, volunteers, and other community contacts nationwide.\r\nWhat You'll NeedBachelors' degree and 3-5 years' experience with background in capacity building, project management, account management, or equivalent experience.\r\nFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred.\r\nFunctional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Asana or other project management tools.\r\nMust be detail oriented and a quick learner.
