Job DescriptionDescription\n\t\t\t\t\tThe Imaging Support Specialist will serve as a single point of contact for radiologists, providing concierge-level technical support for imaging systems. This includes rounding onsite at imaging departments, triaging technical issues, managing ticket resolution, and supporting workflow optimization. The role is not engineering-focused but requires strong familiarity with radiology technology and excellent communication skills.
