Our client offers a competitive salary and generous benefits including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, disability and life insurance.Responsibilities Summary for the Workers' Compensation Paralegal:- Manage workers' compensation claims from start to resolution.- Draft and create legal correspondence and documents.- Prepare cases for hearings by reviewing files, obtaining necessary documents, and liaising with clients, attorneys, and insurance carriers.- Maintain frequent communication with all involved parties.- Conduct in-depth analysis and review of each case.- Request hearings as needed to address unresolved issues.- Review and summarize medical records and reports.- Organize and maintain detailed case files.Qualifications Summary for the Workers' Compensation Paralegal:- Minimum of 2+ years of Workers' Compensation case management experience.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Experience with GrowPath case management software is a plus.- Solid understanding of workers' compensation laws, processes, and administrative bodies.- Ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining excellent attention to detail.- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- College degree or equivalent work experience in a similar legal setting.Compensation and Benefits Summary for the Workers' Compensation Paralegal:- Competitive Pay- Monthly Bonus Opportunities- Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Options- 401(k) Plan with Employer Contribution- Company paid STD and Life Insurance- Generous PTO and 11 Paid Annual Holidays
