Acquisition LandmanEckard Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Acquisition Landman to help source, evaluate, and execute oil and gas acquisitions primarily across the Permian and Anadarko Basins. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with management and technical teams in a highly active acquisition environment, playing a meaningful role in the identification and execution of strategic growth opportunities.The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of projects from inception through closing. This is an opportunity to join a well-capitalized, acquisition-focused company actively deploying capital across the Permian and Anadarko Basins and executing on a long-term growth strategy.Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Full-Time, In-Office)ResponsibilitiesSource, evaluate, and pursue acquisition opportunities across targeted operating areasDraft, negotiate, and execute purchase and sale agreements and related acquisition documentsCollaborate with management, engineering, geology, and land teams on acquisition strategy, valuation, and executionIdentify and develop new acquisition areas and market opportunitiesMonitor market activity, industry trends, and competitive acquisition activityBuild and maintain relationships with brokers, acquisition groups, and industry contactsNegotiate directly with mineral, royalty, and leasehold ownersCoordinate due diligence efforts and support transaction executionAssist with special projects and strategic acquisition initiatives as neededQualifications2–5 years of oil and gas acquisition experience requiredDirect acquisition experience in the Permian Basin and/or Anadarko Basin requiredStrong understanding of oil and gas transactions, title concepts, and acquisition processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityProficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and WordCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryPerformance-based bonus opportunity9/80 work scheduleMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, and Teladoc benefits401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO)Gym membershipRelocation assistance may be available for the right candidate
