Basic networking literacy, including SSH, DNS, VPNs, HTTP(S) proxies, and diagnosing connectivity problems. Cross-platform comfort with macOS, Windows (including WSL), and Linux. Command-line fluency for navigating shells, reading logs, running diagnostic commands, and editing configuration files.
