We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support the day-to-day coordination of our ongoing biotech projects. Reporting directly to the Director of Research, you will be central to project tracking, helping to keep multiple teams synced and timelines on track. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves organization, building clear dashboards, and ensuring tasks are tracked and completed in a timely manner. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence 3-4 days a week.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities\r\nMaintain the primary project schedules, ensuring that tasks are assigned, deadlines are clear, and progress is updated weekly\r\nUse tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or Excel to create and maintain visual status trackers and dashboards that capture project health at a glance\r\nFacilitate regular check-ins and stand-ups with team leads to gather updates, identify delays, and document next steps\r\nKeep a close eye on project dependencies; proactively flag potential delays or resource gaps before they become issues\r\nCapture action items in meetings, follow up with owners to ensure completion, and keep project folders organized\r\nServe as a point of contact across different departments to ensure information is flowing smoothly\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\n3 years of project management or coordination experience (biotech or life sciences background is a strong plus)\r\nComfortable using project management software (Smartsheet, Jira, Airtable, etc.) and experienced in building process trackers\r\nStrong organizational and time management skills\r\nComfortable managing 3–5 different project workstreams at once\r\nPMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus, but not required.\r\nAbout Prellis Biologics\r\nAt Prellis we integrate human biology with machine learning.
