Proactive Delivery & Execution OwnershipDrive End-to-End Delivery: Own the execution of technical initiatives, translating high-level objectives into actionable plans and managing cross-team dependencies.Accelerate Progress: Actively remove impediments and \"ruthlessly prioritize\" the backlog to ensure the team remains focused on critical-path items that drive business value.Ceremony Leadership: Lead key Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and manage the intake of ad-hoc items alongside major initiatives.Queue Management: Monitor incoming request queues, surfacing new items to engineering to ensure they are tracked, estimated, and prioritized. 2.
