Impact below.”Role DescriptionAlto Cirra is hiring a Program Manager to own day-to-day execution across ouratmospheric operations programs. This role will be responsible for keeping projects on track, ensuringoperational readiness, and building scalable systems as we grow.Responsibilities• Lead planning and execution for cloud seeding operations• Own deployment schedules, field logistics, and vendor coordination• Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables• Build and maintain SOPs for scalable operations• Coordinate across flight ops, science, and field teams• Support permitting processes and stakeholder coordination• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvementQualifications• 5+ years in operations, program management, or field execution roles• Strong project management and organizational skills• Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments• Excellent communication and documentation ability• Experience in aviation, energy, construction, defense, or environmental ops is a plusPreferred• Familiarity with aviation/UAS operations• Experience with government or municipal project execution• Comfort working in mountain/winter environments
