Responsibilities of Machine Operator:\n-Set-up and Operate lapping machines\n-prepare and mix lapping slurries\n-Load/unload fixtures and materials\n-Monitor machine and make adjustments as needed\n-Follow all work instructions, schematics, and other documentation\n-Inspect and measure materials throughout process\n-Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on machines\n-Completed other related tasks as assigned Requirements of Machine Operator\n-Minimum High School Diploma or GED\n-Previous lapping, polishing, or machining experience preferred\n-semiconductor manufacturing experience a plus\n-experience using precision measuring tools\n-Mechanically inclined\n-Basic math skills\n-Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand throughout shift\n-great attention to detail Hours: 2:00pm-12:30am Monday-Thursday\nPay Rate: $18.00-$19.00/hr\n\\nCompany Description The Alpha Group is one of Massachusetts largest privately owned staffing firms.
