{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"187b947e8934d6001e9361ff","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/187b947e8934d6001e9361ff","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/187b947e8934d6001e9361ff","title":"Reporting Analyst","description":"Expectations From The Role:\r\nProduce monthly & quarterly operational and performance reports for all customers of the Shared Health WAN contract including but not limited to the seven Trusts, BSO, NIFRS & GP Surgeries.\r\nAnalyze service data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement.\r\nMaintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and SLAs.\r\nEnsure all reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered within agreed timelines.\r\nContract & Performance Monitoring:\r\nMonitor contract performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\r\nProvide performance insights to operational managers and leadership teams.\r\nSupport contract governance meetings by preparing reporting packs and performance summaries.\r\nExtract, transform, and validate data from multiple telecom systems and databases.\r\nEnsure data integrity and consistency across reporting outputs.\r\nMaintain documentation for reporting processes and data sources.\r\nStakeholder Support\r\nWork with operational teams to understand reporting requirements and business needs.\r\nProvide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support operational decisions.\r\nAssist client stakeholders by explaining performance data and responding to reporting queries.\r\nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation and data visualisation.\r\nSupport the development of new dashboards, reporting tools and analytics capabilities.\r\nContribute to process improvements within the reporting function.\r\nRequirements For Successful Application\r\nTechnical knowledge: Strong understanding of IT and telecoms, service management frameworks (like ITIL), and relevant technologies such as cloud platforms.\r\nAnalytical skills: Ability to perform structured analysis, interpret data, and formulate evidence-based solutions.\r\nCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\r\nLeadership: Proven ability to influence stakeholder.\r\nExperience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, such as service management.\r\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.
