Elevator Worker

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Grain Operations Associate to support daily operations involving grain handling, equipment operation, and facility upkeep. This role requires working in a physically demanding environment while ensuring adherence to safety standards, operational efficiency, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Dump and load railcars and trucks Operate grain dryers and assist with grain handling processes Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain facility cleanliness Support general maintenance tasks as required Follow all company safety procedures and contribute to a zero-injury culture Work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks Maintain a professional attitude and positive work environment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Ability to meet physical demands including standing, sitting, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 55 lbs unassisted Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.) Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work both independently and within a team Professional attitude with strong work ethic Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Education: High School
