This role partners closely with Architecture, Security, DevOps, and Application teams to deliver modern cloud solutions while ensuring reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on cloud experience and strong problem-solving skills in production environments.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\nDesign, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using best practices for security, scalability, and resiliency\r\n\r\n\r\nLead deployment and optimization of cloud services across compute, storage, networking, and identity\r\n\r\n\r\nImplement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation\r\n\r\n\r\nSupport CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows in collaboration with engineering teams\r\n\r\n\r\nMonitor cloud environments, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure high availability\r\n\r\n\r\nPartner with Information Security to implement identity, access management, logging, and compliance controls\r\n\r\n\r\nOptimize cloud costs through capacity planning, automation, and usage analysis\r\n\r\n\r\nSupport cloud migrations from on-premises or legacy environments\r\n\r\n\r\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and architectural diagrams\r\n\r\n\r\nMentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on cloud initiatives\r\n\r\n\r\nRequirements \r\nRequired Qualifications\r\n\r\n\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)\r\n\r\n\r\n7+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, or cloud engineering roles\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)\r\n\r\n\r\nDeep knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, compute, storage, and security services\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience with infrastructure automation and configuration management\r\n\r\n\r\nProficiency with scripting or programming languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar)\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience supporting production environments with high availability and reliability requirements\r\n\r\n\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\n\r\n\r\nMulti-cloud experience\r\n\r\n\r\nCloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent)\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)\r\n\r\n\r\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging platforms (Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK)\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience working in regulated or enterprise environments\r\n\r\n\r\nExposure to DevSecOps and security-by-design practices\r\n\r\n\r\nWork Environment\r\n\r\n\r\nHybrid schedule: onsite 3 days per week in Brickell, Miami\r\n\r\n\r\nHands-on technical role with direct impact on enterprise cloud platforms\r\n\r\n\r\nCollaborative environment with Architecture, Security, and Application teams\r\n\r\n\r\nTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do. \r\nRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
