Location: Topeka, KS Company: Heritage Grove Estates - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Responsibilities: Safely transport residents to scheduled appointments, social events, and activities Assist with errands and other daily needs as required Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction Maintain accurate records of transportation services and resident activities Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and care Promote a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all residents and staff Requirements: Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team CNA Certification required High School diploma or equivalent required How to Apply: If you are a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply!
