Housekeeping Inspector/Supervisor (Quality Assurance Supervisor)The Housekeeping Inspector/Supervisor (Quality Assurance Supervisor) is responsible for supporting the Director and Assistant Director of Housekeeping in the managing, training and coaching of all housekeeping associates, including Housekeeping Room Attendants, Housepersons and Public Area Attendants to ensure the hotel's quality standards are met. Additionally, based on business need, the Housekeeping Inspector/Supervisor (Quality Assurance Supervisor) will be expected to perform regular housekeeping duties as directed by resort management.ResponsibilitiesAssists with the supervision, training, and coaching of housekeeping staff, ensuring they understand their duties and perform them efficientlyThoroughly inspects the hotel's guest rooms, common areas, and storerooms to ensure cleanliness standards are metUpdates appropriate team members of the status of each guest roomDocuments the results of the room inspections, resolve deficiencies, and write work orders for maintenance issuesInspects for any damages and immediately reports to the managerEfficiently manages, stocks, and controls linen, supplies, and equipment and closetsPerforms cleaning duties based on business volume and the resort's needsCompletes daily room assignments/section assignments for Housekeeping Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Public Area Attendants if neededCoordinates with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfactionAddresses guest concerns promptly and effectively, taking appropriate actions to resolve issuesGreets guests and provides prompt and courteous serviceClean the resort guest rooms/condos as required, including, but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, trash removal, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, and common areasOther duties as assignedQualificationsDue to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidaysMust be able to stand for long periods of timePassion for providing exceptional service to guests and team membersResponsibility, reliability, and honestyTeamwork and collaborationMust be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisorsWhat can you look forward to?All team members enjoy WEEKLY PAY!Qualifying team members may enjoy the following benefits:Medical and Dental insuranceSupplemental insurance plans (ex.
