Technical Collections Analyst

The mission operations team will require a team member to perform system administration skills and support signals collaboration, collection, and management. The right candidate will possess either the signals protocols or the system administrator experience, but if not, they will be willing to learn the complementing skill to complete the skill combination. As a member of this highly qualified team, the right candidate will support systems and the systems' user base and signals collection. Customer specific training is required and provided, as well as on the job training. This position does not consist of shift work and the location is in the Dulles airport area.CLEARANCE LEVEL-Top Secret/SCI with PolygraphRequired Skills:Technical competency in one of the following:SIGNT collection/analysis/protocolCyber SecurityNetwork Engineering/SecurityInformation TechnologyBroad knowledge of hardware maintenance and care, system administration, knowledge of automation technologies, and scriptingProtocol analysis, signals analysis, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and network security and analysisPrior experience of collection managementProficient with Microsoft Office softwareExcellent communication skillsWillingness and ability to learn new skillsDesired Skills:Demonstrated experience providing system maintenance and health monitoringBackground in SIGINT collectionDemonstrated ability to work as part of a small teamEducation and ExperienceEducation:Bachelor's Degree and at least five (5) years relevant experienceDirect relevant and military experience can be applied in lieu of a degreePreviously part of a leading Fortune 100 company and headquartered in Dulles, VA; Nightwing became independent in 2024 but continues to support the nation's most mission impactful initiatives.When we formed Nightwing, we brought a deep set of credentials and an unfaltering commitment to the mission.
