Provide technical support and deliver complex energy solutions while identifying opportunities to bring additional value to customers.\n\nRole & Responsibility – continued\nWork with power electronics, DC‑DC, inverters, rectifiers and controllers to convert, condition, and distribute power generated by fuel cells. Develop control strategies to ensure efficient and coordinated operation of fuel cells with other energy sources in grid‑connected or islanded modes.\n\nReliability & Redundancy Design:\n\nEnsure fuel cell and microgrid systems are fault‑tolerant, resilient, and meet high‑availability needs of data centers. Implement redundancy strategies (e.g., N+1 configurations) for critical components such as fuel cells, energy storage, and inverters.\n\nCollaboration with Cross‑Functional Teams:\n\nWork closely with mechanical engineers, software engineers, system and MBOP engineers, and data center operations teams to ensure the microgrid system fully aligns with facility power requirements.
