We aim to inspire, empower, and transform lives through community-based fitness.\n\nPOSITION OVERVIEW\nBurn Boot Camp is looking for a caring and compassionate Childwatch Lead who has experience caring for children ages eight weeks to twelve years old. We are committed to providing top quality care and a welcoming environment that reflects the Burn commitment to the community. Our goal is to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility and ensure a safe, engaging, and clean environment.\n\nACCOUNTABILITY\nLeadership and management of Childwatch team\nMember Experience\nExecution of Childwatch process\nFacility Management in Childwatch room\n\nROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead a team of Childwatch team members, including scheduling, interviewing and training.\nGreet children and parents with a High Five and Smile.\nEnsure all children have completed the waiver and understand the general room rules.\nEnsure execution of Childwatch processes.\nFacility management of Childwatch room - keep items in working order and clean.\nOpening/Closing duties such as cleaning toys, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, etc.\nInteract and engage with children in play or craft time accordingly.\nProvide a safe and fun environment for children of various age groups.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nIdeal candidate is-\n\nA problem solver\nAble to identify areas to improve processes, simplify, and become more efficient\nHighly organized\nCaring and compassionate\nPatient\nAble to remain calm in difficult situations\nA good communicator\nAble to lift 30-40 pounds\nPreferred to have a valid CPR and First Aid certification\nPreferred to have experience in childcare\n\nThis position description is not intended to be and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills or working conditions associated with this position.
