This role serves as the primary point of\r\ncontact for all facility-related matters and works cross-functionally with operations, engineering,\r\nEHS, and leadership to ensure reliable operation of critical building systems and\r\nmanufacturing facilities.\r\nDuties/Responsibilities:\r\nOversee day-to-day operations of all facilities, including routine maintenance and\r\nrepairs.\r\nSupport facility systems required for cleanroom and photodiode fabrication operations,\r\nincluding process gases, DI water, exhaust systems, vacuum systems, chillers and\r\nenvironmental controls\r\nManage and coordinate all contractors, ensuring work is completed on time and to\r\nspecifications while meeting all safety and documentation requirements\r\nDevelop and maintain preventative maintenance programs for building infrastructure\r\nand utilities\r\nCoordinate maintenance and reliability activities for manufacturing support infrastructure\r\nto minimize production downtime\r\nMaintain facility documentation including layouts, utility maps, maintenance records,\r\nand compliance documentation\r\nOversee building systems including HVAC, cleanroom environmental controls,\r\ncompressed air, process gases, DI water systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire\r\nprotection, security systems and manufacturing support utilities\r\nPartner with EHS and Quality teams to ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental,\r\nand internal safety requirements.\r\nPartner with engineering and manufacturing teams on facility requirements for equipment\r\ninstallations, relocations, and process improvements\r\nMonitor utility capacity and infrastructure readiness to support future manufacturing\r\ngrowth\r\nAssist with permitting, inspections, and interactions with local authorities and utility\r\nproviders.\r\nSPECIALIST FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE\r\nExperience supporting cleanroom manufacturing environments; semiconductor,\r\nphotonics, microelectronics, medical device, or similar regulated manufacturing\r\nenvironments preferred\r\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, utility layouts, and technical\r\ndocumentation\r\nKnowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and safety compliance requirements\r\nComputer skills using MS Office and database tools\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nBachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or\r\nrelated field preferred\r\nEXPERIENCE\r\n5-10 years of facilities, maintenance, or construction management experience\r\nQuantum Computing Inc.
