depth with strong team leadership.\r\nThe Role\r\nYou’ll split your time betweenhands-on system developmentandleading a growing engineering team , playing a key role in scaling a brand-new platform powering AI-driven healthcare workflows.\r\nYou will\r\nArchitect and build core platform services powering AI-driven patient engagement\r\nStay hands-on with system design, coding, and technical delivery\r\nTranslate real customer and operational needs into scalable engineering solutions\r\nOwn team execution — setting direction, removing blockers, and driving delivery\r\nEstablish engineering best practices across architecture, testing, CI/CD, and observability\r\nMentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers\r\nPartner closely with Product, Ops, and Leadership to deliver meaningful user impact\r\nHelp scale both the platform and team during rapid company growth\r\nWhat They’re Looking For\r\n5+ years software engineering experience\r\nExperience leading projects, teams, or technical initiatives\r\nStrong background building scalable, production-grade distributed systems\r\nAbility to balance speed, scalability, and real customer value\r\nComfortable operating as both IC and leader\r\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\r\nThrives in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments\r\nNice to Have\r\nExperience with AI-driven or automation-heavy platforms\r\nExposure to healthcare or regulated industries\r\nExperience integrating complex third-party or enterprise systems\r\nExperience helping scale teams or launching new
