This individual will be a member of the Customer Support Department and be responsible for the installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of their machinery at customer locations. The right candidate will be a customer-focused professional with a positive attitude and great customer service skills.Qualifications and RequirementsAssociate's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service EngineerExperience with CNC installation and repairExperience with industrial maintenance repairStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel to client sites as neededValid driver’s licenseDuties and ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair CNC machines and other industrial equipmentProvide on-site technical support to clientsDiagnose and troubleshoot equipment issuesPerform preventative maintenance on equipmentTrain clients on proper use and maintenance of equipmentDocument all service and repair activitiesCollaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfactionWright Technical Services and the client we represent are Equal Opportunity Employers.
