The role performs administrative, supervisory and managerial duties including, strategic planning, operating and capital budget development, coaching and performance management, workforce planning and hiring, and establishment of goals and priorities, oversees software and/or hardware selection and implementation. Sample Tasks Manage SOC, Security Architecture & Engineering, Governance & Compliance, and Awareness & Training teams. Develop strategic plans and budgets; hire, coach, and perform performance management. Oversee security tool selection/implementation; monitor program KPIs and outcomes. Coordinate policies, standards, and compliance activities across divisions. Lead cross functional security initiatives; resolve escalations and resource constraints.
