Frontier understands how to support multiple stakeholders to aid in developing and implementing national policies, strategies, and doctrine.Summary:Be responsible for providing office automation expertise, to create records, compile reports, gather and process data, schedule, coordinate, and track various data sets and office functions correlating to medical equipment maintenance, provide shipping and receiving. Be responsible for receiving, storing, recording and issuing repair parts; perform quality control, property management and repair parts management.ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:Turn-in and inventory countsPreparing travel authorization lettersEnter, open, close and update work order information into automated systemsPerform warehousing and inventory management with Government at all depot locationsProvide office administration support and prepare general office correspondenceAssist in data collection and reporting for incoming, stored and outgoing medical equipmentProcess work orders in client’s automated systemsSchedule and coordinate workload with the Production ControllerTracks tasks, events, issues to include personnel statusCoordinate and interface with shipping and receiving for equipment inventories and turn-in of medical equipment including all necessaryDocumentation and updating Army automated systemsQualificationsNecessary Skills and Knowledge:Ability to work cross-functionally, both internally and externallyStrong English language skills (both written and verbal)Proficiency in using the internetAbility to perform simple arithmetic, this includes ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsAbility to compute rate, ratio, and percentage to draw and interpret bar graphsProficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelMinimum Qualifications:High School DiplomaExperience working with a Government EntityPossess 3 years of related experienceMust be able to learn and work with DMLSS and TEWLS database systemsMust be able to obtain and maintain a NACI Clearance and CAC cardPossess the ability to pass NCIC investigation and scored credit check per federal and contractual requirementsTravel as needed (estimated 15%)Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with the Department of the Army and Department of DefenseAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formExcellent communication, business analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective customer services skillsPay And BenefitsThe pay range for the position is $20 to $26 per hour.At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
