You will work closely with technical and support teams to maintain documentation that supports operational consistency, knowledge sharing, and effective service delivery.\n\nTechnical Documentation & Knowledge Management\n\nDevelop, capture, and maintain technical documentation, including operational runbooks, known-issue lists, interface documentation, and the application portfolio's sustainment baseline deliverable.\nOwn and maintain the knowledge base used by support analysts and the on-call support rotation, ensuring information remains accurate, organized, and accessible.\nMaintain the monthly status report template and coordinate the documentation inputs needed for consistent program reporting.\nSupport knowledge sharing and documentation practices that enable efficient application sustainment and continuity of operations.\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or knowledge management supporting software operations teams.\nExperience using Confluence and Jira for documentation, knowledge management, and team collaboration.\nAbility to develop and maintain clear, organized technical and operational documentation.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience documenting Government systems and supporting formal deliverable review processes.\nActive Secret security clearance.\n\nWork Location and Schedule\n\nLocation: Hybrid. Reston, VA headquarters and approved remote locations within the United States, with on-site work at Government facilities in Northern Virginia and Maryland as required. Government-furnished equipment is used for all access to Government environments.\nSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with core hours from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern. The program operates in two-week sprints, with a customer demonstration each sprint.\nTravel: 0–10%, within the Washington, DC metropolitan area.\nSecurity Requirement: U.S. citizenship required. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance for the DoW customer.
