May be involved in equipment set-up, and preventative maintenance of complex assignments and/or perform finish operations. Has proficiency in a range of procedures and/or machines and the ability to complete tasks with little or no assistance.\r\nAccountabilities & Responsibilities:\r\n\r\n\r\nAdheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.\r\n\r\n\r\nOperates machinery used in the manufacture of products with limited supervision.\r\n\r\n\r\nApplies expertise within discipline, completes tasks and assignments and provides solutions to problems with latitude for independent judgment.\r\n\r\n\r\nMay be involved in equipment set-up and/or of complex assignments.\r\n\r\n\r\nMay provide direction, training, and assistance to others within the manufacturing area.\r\n\r\n\r\nReads and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures.\r\n\r\n\r\nInspects parts visually with aid of microscope and/or dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements.\r\n\r\n\r\nFollows established documentation for product manufacturing.\r\n\r\n\r\nCompletes required documentation.\r\n\r\n\r\nCleans and maintains machinery, as necessary.\r\n\r\n\r\nExpands skill base through on-the-job training, cross training, job rotations, and classroom instruction.\r\n\r\n\r\nParticipates in team activity focusing on continuous improvement initiatives.\r\n\r\n\r\nPerforms other functions as required.\r\n\r\n\r\nEducation & Experience:\r\n\r\n\r\nMinimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Technical degree or certification preferred.\r\n\r\n\r\nMinimum Experience: A minimum of 4 years related work experience operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.\r\n\r\n\r\nKnowledge & Skills:\r\n\r\n\r\nSpecial Skills: In depth knowledge of drawings and blueprints with ability to interpret information. Ability to work with small precision parts. Ability to read in English, comprehend and follow detailed instructions. Must have basic knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection techniques. Effective communication skills.\r\n\r\n\r\nSalary Range for this position is $27.00 - $32.58 per hour plus a 22% shift differential\r\n\r\n\r\nHours for this position are Monday through Thursday from 4:00pm to 2:30am\r\n\r\n\r\nPosition is eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus\r\n\r\n\r\nOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
