This position provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for production, manufacturing personnel, process performance, equipment reliability, quality, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.\n\nThe Operations Manager ensures that manufacturing activities meet production schedules, quality requirements, customer expectations, and company objectives while maintaining a strong commitment to employee safety, process safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.\n\nESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDirect daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.\nDevelop and execute production plans based on customer demand, raw-material availability, equipment capacity, and staffing.\nMonitor plant performance and take corrective action when production targets or operating standards are not met.\nConduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process upsets, spills, off-spec batches, and operator errors.
