Job Title: Cleaner Location: Pottstown, PA Company: Spring Hill Realty, Inc. Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $20 - $22 per hour (based on experience) Job Description: Spring Hill Realty, a leading property management company in Pottstown, PA, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in rental units, common areas, and other properties under our management. Responsibilities: · Clean and sanitize vacant rental units to prepare for new tenants. · Perform regular cleaning duties in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and offices. · Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas. · Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, toilets, countertops, and appliances. · Empty trash cans and replace liners. · Report any maintenance issues or damages observed while cleaning. · Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures. · Maintain cleaning supplies and request resupplies when needed. Requirements: · Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required. · Strong attention to detail and time-management skills. · Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently. · Must be reliable, punctual, and professional. · Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. · Must have reliable transportation.
