Responsible for tracking productivity and identify opportunities for process improvements.\nTeam Leadership\nDirect and support warehouse associates during daily operations.\nTrain new employees on warehouse procedures processing and picking orders.\nProvide coaching and performance feedback to team supervisor and warehouse manger\nPromote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.\nAssist management with workforce planning daily meeting.\nQuality Control\nVerify that products are handled, processed, and shipped accurately.\nConduct audits to ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and processing errors.\nMaintain documentation and records related to warehouse processing activities.\nSafety & Compliance\nEnforce all warehouse safety policies and procedures.\nConduct routine safety inspections and report hazards immediately.\nEnsure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).\nSupport compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety programs.\nParticipate in incident investigations and corrective action plans.\nInventory Management\nMonitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.\nEnsure proper storage locations and stock rotation practices.\nResearch and resolve inventory variances.\nMaintain accurate system transactions and inventory records.\nCommunication & Reporting\nServe as the primary point of contact for warehouse associates during assigned shifts.\nCommunicate operational updates, priorities, and performance expectations.\nPrepare daily productivity, inventory, and quality reports via email and WMS system\nTypical Daily Tasks\nConduct pre-shift team meetings with the supervisor and warehouse manager\nAssign work and monitor employee performance.\nResolve processing issues and inventory discrepancies.\nPerform quality and safety audits within the processing dept.\nCommunicate status updates to management.\nEnsure production goals are met before the end of the shift.\n\nQualifications\nPrevious warehouse or distribution center experience.\nLeadership or team lead experience preferred.\nKnowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred).\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills Bi-lingual prefer\nPerformance Expectations\nMeet daily productivity and throughput goals.\nMaintain high inventory accuracy levels.\nEnsure on-time order processing and shipment completion.\nSupport a safe and compliant work environment.\nDrive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.\nBenefits\nThe company offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as basic and voluntary life and voluntary ancillary coverages for accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity.
