Additional responsibilities generally will include serving as the Quality Control Manager and Site Safety/Health Officer. Project Superintendents are responsible for onsite scheduling and coordination of self-performed and subcontracted activities. The Superintendent will lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site. The Superintendent will be responsible for orderliness on site and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Superintendent will ensure quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are always available on site. Key focus is on delivering and executing work in a positive, professional manner.
